Dabei herausgekommen sind 933 durchnummerierte Flaschen von einem Wein, der schon jetzt von unfassbarer Komplexit\u00e4t &amp; Struktur ist &#8211; aber meine wenigen Flaschen werde ich wohl noch ein paar Jahre ruhen lassen. Denn dann reift er zu einem Jahrhundertwein &#8211; kann ich mir gut vorstellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Elena fermented her Aglianico in an egg-shaped terracotta amphora for about 12 days and then left to mature for 18 months. The result is 933 numbered bottles of a wine that is already of incomprehensible complexity &amp; structure &#8211; but I will probably let my few bottles rest for some more years. Because then it matures into a wine of the century &#8211; I can imagine that.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1000\" height=\"898\" src=\"http:\/\/galerie-du.vin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Ruecken-1000.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-286\" srcset=\"https:\/\/galerie-du.vin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Ruecken-1000.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/galerie-du.vin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Ruecken-1000-300x269.jpg 300w, https:\/\/galerie-du.vin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Ruecken-1000-768x690.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Das typische Fleisch der Basilikata kommt vom Schwein. Daher verkosten wir den TITOLO 2018 mit einen deftig knusprigen Schweinebauch. Tiefrot leuchtet der Aglianico im Glas und verstr\u00f6mt einen intensiven balsamischen Duft von Gew\u00fcrzen. Auf der Zunge dann dunkle Beeren und Kirschen, aber auch Kr\u00e4uter wie Thymian &amp; Rosmarin. Dazu dann ein endlos langer Abgang. Der 12 Monate dauernde Ausbau in neuer franz\u00f6sischer Eiche hinterl\u00e4\u00dft sehr weiche Tannine und ein klein wenig Vanille und nur wenig, aber daf\u00fcr lebendige S\u00e4ure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>The typical meat of basilica is pork. Therefore, we are tasting the TITOLO 2018 with a hearty, crispy pork belly. The deep red glows in the glass and exudes an intense balsamic scent of spices. Dark berries and cherries on the tongue, but also herbs such as thyme &amp; rosemary. Then an endlessly long finish.
